Every placement is a direct monthly job with the household, they pay your salary straight to you, with no commission taken from your pay by Staffly. Before you are matched, we verify your CNIC against NADRA records, ask for a Police Character Certificate, and call your previous employer directly to confirm your experience and conduct. This is the same standard we hold every candidate to, and it is what makes households trust the cooks we send them.
